2. Tickets once sold will not be returned.

3. Children require tickets unless they are under the age of one or shorter than 80cm.

4. Tickets are only for admission purposes. Other priced items in the venue will need to be purchased.

The hotel accommodation package covers only one night; all other expenses should be billed separately with the hotel; residents at the tent hotel should checkout at the predetermined time, any extra expenses caused by late checkouts will be dealt with by the hotel. At check in, the hotel, depending on the situation, may charge varying deposits.

6.People who are residing in the tent hotel can be seated in the VIP stage area; a3 person tent hotel package includes a standard double bed and a standard single bed ; a 4 -person tent hotel package includes a standard double bed and 2 standard single beds; There is a deposit of 200RMB, which can be returned at the Tent Hotel Reception as you leave. 7. Purchasers of the VIP ticket can enjoy the exclusive lounge dining area, free tea and water.

8. On-site parking is free.

10.The venue strictly prohibits any open flames; please cooperate fully during the security check. The following items are prohibited: bottled drinks, pets (guide dogs are exempt), flammables, explosives or anything that may harm others.
